tick tock, tick tock, 7 minutes to midnight

Iron Maiden has a song about it, and tonight the history channel did a story on it. The Doomsday Clock now stands at 7 minutes to midnight. It was last changed Feb. 27 2002.
Anyone think it's time to change the time on the clock? I ask the RXers: What's the time?
